She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmar Ellis and Mary Ellis Rush; and her siblings-in-law, Gary Westbrook and Sheryl Ellis. She is survived by: her children, James Louis Zmek (ReJeania) and Teresa Marie Zmek Russell (Danny); her aunt Bills; her grandchildren, Steve Zmek (Kendra), Cameron Zmek (Madeline), Dustin Bowman (Amy), Kiley Russell, Matt Russell and Haley Sutton (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Copeland, Tyler Zmek, Asher, Aspen Bowman, Landon Cottongin and Ellyce Sutton.
Marlene went to work in Oklahoma City in the oil and gas industry, and worked until she was 70, retiring only when her Parkinson's Disease made working too difficult.
