She was predeceased by: her mother Francisca Velazquez; and also Antonio Morales. She is survived by: her husband Wener Perez; her children, Wener L. Perez, Larissa Perez, Francisco J. Perez, Latonya Perez, Sheila M. Melton, Steven Melton, Morayma A. Perez and Juan Doroteo; her grandchildren, Camille, Marcella, Anagrace, Remi, Emma, Raegan, Jay, Tiago and Jaylani; and her siblings, Joaquin Mendez, Felipe Mendez, Elba Mendez, Lucy Rodriquez, Carmen Adames, Erika Lopez and Pablo Lopez.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Memorial Chapel (220 N 1st St, Guthrie, OK 73044).
