He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Mallett and Ruby Mallett (Webb); his siblings, Cecil, Don, Bennie, Joy Stone, Betty Vanderpool Simon, Carol Sue Mallett and Virginia Fay Mallett; his wives, Rosemary Mallett and Mary Layne Mallett; and his brothers-in-law, Kenny Vanderpool, Lyle Byrn, Bob Stone and Leo Simon.

He is survived by: his children, Lonnetta Richardson (Randy) of Guthrie, Rozetta Pugh (Ray) of Edmond, Oklahoma and Jim (Harold) of Santa Rosa, California; his stepsons, John Raley (Kelly) of Houston and Rob Raley (Dara) of Wagoner; his grandchildren, Brandon Bagwell (Diane) of Midland, Brett Bagwell (Lindsey) of Edmond, Bill Richardson (Katrina) of Guthrie, Kelli Roberts (Charles) of Guthrie, Tara Bomar of Belle Chasse, Tyler Pugh of Austin, Kate Mcilroy (Sean) of Philadelphia, William Raley (Kaily) of Grand Junction and Wesley Raley (Kasey) of Chicago, Illinois.; his brothers, Wayne Mallett (Dwaina) of Guthrie and Tom Mallett (Melna) of Edmond; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Mallett of Tucson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
