He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Potter; his parents, Franklin Potter and Patsy Potter; his brother-in-law Terry Dixon; and his niece Chelsea.
He is survived by: his daughters, Machelle Potter, Misty Allen, Jennifer Collier and Emily Potter; his sister Christina Dixon; his nephews, Chad, Chase Dixon and Terry Furlong; his grandchildren, Austin, Breanna, Riley, Makenzie, Carson, Cameron, Jasmine and Jagger; his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Laney; and his son Kelly Ray Potter Sr. Kelly. He is also survived by his dad, uncles, and cousins.
