He is survived by: his mother Kathy Elston (Scott); his siblings, Dustin Myers (Kira) and Krystal Cothran (Shane); his nieces, Finnleigh Myers and Alauna Myers; his parents-in-law, Bill and Teresa Wells; his grandparents, Barbara Metcalf and Carl Myers; his uncle Ken Metcalf, Jr. (Jen); his cousins, Kaycee, Taylor and Chance Hammack; his father Howard T. Myers; his grandfather Ken Metcalf, Sr.; and his great-grandparent Ruth Metcalf.
In our heartache of Josh's passing he was able to bless numerous other families through his organ donations and it gives some comfort that we might be able to hear his heart once again.
