It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Charles Ruhl of Guthrie, Oklahoma, born in Cashion, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 23, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Ruhl and Annabelle Ruhl (Moore); his siblings, Gene Ruhl, Betty Frazier and Dorothy Burns; his grandson Jason Ruhl; and his son-in-law Gregg Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Griffin; his children, Joe Ruhl, Jr. (Jan) of Guthrie, Cheryll Lingerfelt (Robert) of Guthrie and Tamera Ramsey of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Nichole Sterkel (Brian), Adam Schuster, Jennifer Finch, Amanda Shields (Parker), Steven Kriz (Ashleigh), Lauren Blake and Lindsey Caldwell; his great grandchildren, Natalie Caldwell, Anna, Caroline Sterkel, Nora, Brody Finch, Sophia Schuster, Hannah, Jacob, Sarah Shields, Joie and Camren Blake; and his brother Johnnie Ruhl of Kingfisher, OK..
