He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Harold Chamberlain, Sr. and Geneva Mildred Chamberlain (Roland); his former wife Mary Chamberlain; his siblings, Don, Richard Chamberlain and Irene Porter; and his siblings-in-law, Virginia Chamberlain, Cora Kline, Virginia Fugit and Gene Fugit.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Mendietta; his wife Anne Chamberlain of Guthrie, Oklahoma; and his children, Cecilia Burzycki (Allen) of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Nick Chamberlain (Patti) of Guthrie, Oklahoma and Mary Eck-Petrey (Steve) of Guthrie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
