He was predeceased by: his parents, Loretta and Dave; his sister Kathleen; his sons, David John and Dallas; and his grandson John David.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his brother Jimmy; his sister-in-law April; his sister Margret; his daughter Bailey; and his grandchildren, Anna, Loretta, Lawrence, Summer and Sydney. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to the Huntington's Disease Society.
