He was predeceased by: his daughter Carolyn Buttry; and his grandson Justin Culbertson. He is survived by: his children, Linda Burdick (Ken) of Edmond, Brenda L'hommediau of Bethany and Carl Turpin of Guthrie. He is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
