He is survived by: his children, Carrie O'Reilly Ashworth, Crystal Jacks Hopkins and Craig Jacks; his grandchildren, Justin O'Reilly, Amanda O'Reilly, Jimmy Hopkins and Casey Hopkins; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Jaydan, Ryker, Justin Jr., Audra and Aiden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
