He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Fagan and Electa V. Fagan (Howe); his former wife Carolyn; his brother Robert Fagan; his nephew Phillip Fagan; and his brother-in-law Charles Gooch.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda; his sister Wanda Marie Gooch; his children, Carol Smith and James Adam Fagan; and his stepsons, Michael Field and Joseph Field. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
