He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond and Nellie Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Don Depew of Edmond and Carmen Lucier (Smith) of Quartzsite; his wife Janice Daley; his daughters, Rebecca Pittman of Guthrie and Catherine Shaw (Justin) of New Jersey; his siblings, Donna Depew of Quartzsite and Bruce Depew of Redding; his parents-in-law, James and Lillian Daley of Magalia; his cousins, David Nelson, Robin Easly and Lisa Nelson; and his grandchildren, Austin (Kayla), Tyler, Emma and Alexander.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to God's Food Bank (402 W. Vilas Ave., Guthrie, OK 73044), International Fellowship of Christians and Jews (30 N LaSalle St #4300, Chicago, IL 60602) or K-LOVE radio (PO Box 2098, Omaha, NE 68103-2098).
