He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Stout and Dorothy Stout (James); and his brother James Stout. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stout; his son Gary Stout, Jr. (Mary) of Guthrie; his brother Don Laroy Stout of Guthrie; his grandchildren, Kimberly Stout (Jody) and Bobby Johnson (Hailey); his great grandchildren, Logan, Cash, Avery, Britton and Aden; his niece Tanya Sullivan; and his nephew Jimmy Stout.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only 50 people are allowed to attend the service.
