He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Hayes and Barbara Hayes (Hirschi); his children, Grant Hayes (Miranda) and Courtney Bass; his sister Sandra Foshee (Kurt); his nephews, Adam Foshee, Andrew Foshee and Alex Foshee; his grandsons, Dayton and Beaux Hayes; his girlfriend Debbie Pointer; and his friend Wheeler Coburn.
