He was predeceased by: his parents, Chet H. Millstead and Frances Millstead; and his sister Dianah Lynn Millstead. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Scott Millstead (Janet) of Guthrie, Kimberly Greer (Brian) of Guthrie, Shirley Butler of Yukon, OK and Kelly Poplin (Billy) of Edmond, OK; and his siblings, Chet L. Millstead of Bowling Green, KY and Linda Smith of Edmond. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
