He is survived by: his wife Donna Claire Hibler of Guthrie, Oklahoma; his children, Dana (Kevin Kubat) of Okeene and Nicky D'Achille (Catina) of Edmond, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Ashley Burdick (Bruce) of Colony, Amanda Espinoza (Justin) of Isabella, Bella, Dillon and Brady D'Achille of Edmond, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Lincoln Meier of Isabella, Brooks Burdick of Colony and Stella Espinoza of Isabella, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Donnetta Cianflone of Lower Burrell and Diane Ross (Larry) of Freeport, Pennsylvania..
