She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern Lewis and Jeanne Lewis (Kobis); her husband Bud Neal; and her children, Julie Neal, Richard Neal and Kay Hayes.

She is survived by: her children, Patty Green of Tulsa, Sandra Dill of Inola and Charles "Chuck" Neal (Kelly) of Elkwood. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
