He is survived by: his wife Fredella Dowdy of Guthrie; his children, Ingrid Lobaugh (Christian) of Tulsa and Eric (Ándrea) of White Rock, NM; his grandchildren, Rachel Lobaugh, Anna Lobaugh, Nicolas Dowdy, Antonio Dowdy and Dominic Dowdy; his brother Paul Dowdy (Maggie) of Wetumpka, AL; and his sister-in-law Joycelyn Dowdy of Indianapolis, IN..
