He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Gay and Betty Gay; and his sister Cathy Broderick. He is survived by: his son Michael Gay (Marissa); his stepson Kenneth Hinkle; his granddaughter Jolina Gay; and his brothers, Steve Gay (Cherie) and Tim Gay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
