With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clay Wesley Tarter of Guthrie, Oklahoma, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Lee and Elsie Tarter (Base). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Linh Sasser of Oklahoma City; his sister Cheryl Kerr (Greg) of Marion; his brother-in-law Dennis Ochs (Karen) of Guthrie; his mother-in-law Sylvia Ochs of Guthrie; his nieces, Laura Wiley (Josh) and Melissa Angles (Jarred); his nephew Timothy Kerr (Megan); his great-niece Elsie; his great-nephew Samuel; his nieces and nephews, Emily Kerr and Lindsey Mallory (Patrick); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Luke, Bentley and Paxton; his niece Jill Ochs (Kyle White); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ella, Cruz, Kannon and Emerson; and also Daxton.
