He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence S., Sr and Ester Marie Cummings Watts; and his siblings, Ester Lillian Stacy, Patricia Marie Casey, Rosemary Lynn Witcher, John Howard Watts, Charles Curtis Watts and Billy Emmett Watts.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Rose; his children, Pamela Sue, Pamela S Watts-Meyer and Curtis Alan (Sharon Watts) of Guthrie; his grandchildren, Chancy Ray Watts (Lori) of Guthrie, Amy Michelle Meyer of Guthrie and Jacob Luke Meyer (Kristina) of Guthrie; his great grandchildren, Madison Bryan Watts, Cooper Watts, Mazie Watts of Guthrie and Rylie Meyer of Byron, Illinois; his sister Dorothy Ireton Stacy of Grove, Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Dale Hopson (Joyce); his children, Ann Hosman, Ray Stacy, Jr. (Claire), Mary Lou Morrissey, Robert Stacy (Judy), Anna Marie Finley (Patrick), Patricia Gilbert, Theresa Casey (Les Lehew), Margaret Ann Shiff (Howard), Mary Katherine Casey-Kelly, Jerry Witcher (Kelly), Danny Witcher (Crystal), Diana Daiss (Tony), Debbie Durham (Tom) and Grady Witcher; and also Lula Hopson. He is also survived by seven nephews and nieces he became uncle.
