He is survived by: his stepchild Chuck; his husband Nick; his fiancé Laura Payne; his daughters, Robin Summers (Todd) and Dawn Reames (Gerald); his sister Faye Ogden (Vern); his son Chad Payne (Keleen); his granddaughters, Caramie Payne and Kimball Payne; and also Emily Buckmaster. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews simply knew him as "Uncle Bud." When Chuck was 15 years old, his father passed away and his mother.
