She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Hix and Mary Ruth Hix (Barnes); her husband Secundino Roman Rubio; her sister Judy Ruth Cathey (Harrell Cathey); her brother-in-law Tom Keneda; her grandchildren, Beth, Payton and Reece; and her pet Cody.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Kay Eaton (Curtis) of Guthrie, Kelli Dawn Anai (James) of Guthrie, Dena Renae Wooden (Jeff) of Guthrie, Mary Virginia Jaramillo (Faustino) of El Paso, Texas, Fermin Anthony Rubio (Peggy) of Las Cruces and James Dino Rubio of Roswell; and her grandchildren, Corey Eaton (Katlyn) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Jamie Williams (Wesley) of Edmond, Avery Wooden of Guthrie, Jari Rubio of Albuquerque, Jillian Rubio of Las Cruces and Camille Rubio of Las Cruces. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
