He was predeceased by: his father Charles Hubert Jotz; and his grandparents, Charles, Catherine Jotz, Harry and Mary Fiendel.

He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann McGinnity (Feindel); his son Nicholas; his sisters, Donna (Al) and Suzanne (Mike); his nephews, Michael, Matthew and Danny; and his stepfather Bill McGinnity.
