He is survived by: his wife Nadine; his children, Darlene, Gaylyn (Tom Haynes), Cindy (Paul Waits), Kevin (Holly Brawner), Michael (Erin Brawner) and Phillip (Deanna Brawner); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeremy, Justin, Daniel, Desiree, Brenna, Brett, Travis, Kaleb, Tori, Braxton and Amanda; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Max, Hunter, Bella, Wyatt, Claire, Elise, Trevin, Tacey, Treyston Joe, Jaxon, Mason and Lincoln.
