He was predeceased by: his parents, James Westfall and Hattie Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Cross of Bartonville, Illinois.; his children, Dwayne (Pam), Janis and Johnnie; his aunt Teresa Chatfield of Ada; and his sister-in-law Jo Ann LeRoy of Chillicothe. He is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren.
