With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty May (Guthrie, Oklahoma), who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 93. Though Betty may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Betty leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Easton Taylor and Bessie Violet Taylor; and her son David Cowan. She is survived by: her daughters, Delthea Cloud and Linda Ruschenberg Dodson; and her son-in-law Jeff Dodson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Community Funeral Home (1624 N Pine St, Guthrie, OK 73044).
