It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Gene Jones of Guthrie, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Will M. Jones and Lovenia Jones (Smith); his birth parents, John D. and Gladys M. Sanders (Smith); his former wife Willie Mae Jones (Glasgow); and his children, Lovenia Mae Jones, Gregory Gene Jones and Carl Oliver.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Jones; his children, Jeannie Timmerman (Wesley), Gail Goss (Don), Cynthia Bush (Wayne), Fran King (Bobby) and David Oliver (Shelia); and his daughters-in-law, Marilyn Clark and Kathy Oliver. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 17 great grandsons, 16 great granddaughters and two great-great grandsons.
