She was predeceased by: her parents, Early "E. M." and Jeanette Booker (Kay); her husband Woody Orr; her daughter Jana Dean; and her siblings, Marshall Booker, Julian Booker, Ewell Booker, Jewell Curry and Nelda Shuman.
She is survived by: her children, Woody Leon Orr (Robbi) of Stevenson, WA, Scotty Orr of Jeffersonville, GA and Telesa Williams (Bill) of Edmond; and her sister Mary Lois Montandon of Albuquerque, NM. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
