He is survived by: his wife Judy Mitchell; and his children, Diana Murray (Jim) of Ashville, Daniel Nathan Parkman of Colorado Springs and Billy Parkman (Rhonda) of Guthrie. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
