It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. McNelly (Grove, Oklahoma), who passed away on May 14, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McNelly and Ruth McNelly (Ratcliff); his wife Buanita McNelly; and his daughter Tammy Darlene. He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Shaw (Charlie) of Grove, OK; and his grandsons, Jacob Dee, Micah Dee, Weston Shaw (Dani), Ethan Shaw and T. J. Shaw (Mary Morris).
