He is survived by: his wife Patsy Raymond; his children, Bob Miller of Grove, Debra Osborn (Marty) of Clayton and Leslie Hentzen (Joe) of Wichita, Kansas; and his grandchildren, Justin Osborn, Casi Ebbing, Matthew Hentzen, Jacob Hentzen, Lauren Hentzen, Ty Miller and Jesse Miller.
