He was predeceased by: his parents, Walther Emarthla, Sr. and Lillian Emarthla (Johnson); his son Yehola Micco Churboni; his adoptive son Jerry Wayne Hill; and his sisters, Kitty, Pauline and Clarabell.
He is survived by: his children, Emarthla of Miami, OK and Robin Christine Goodiron of Guthrie, OK; and his sister Norma Ross of Neosho, MO.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
