He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hayward and Jayne Hayward. He is survived by: his wife Laura Hayward; his son Shelby Grant Hayward (Kaitlyn); his grandchildren, Hunter Hayward, Sadie Hayward and Addison Hayward (Kenzie); and his brother Melvin Hayward (Skip) of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by 3 nieces; numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
