She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Sparks and Verna Burnett Sparks. She is survived by: her husband Charles Spicer; her daughters, Charlene and Sonya; her grandchildren, Carissa and Kylee; and her great grandchildren, Marlee and Sylas.
