He is survived by: his mother Roberta Lewis (Giles); his daughter Amanda Lakin (Jesse) of Pawnee Rock, KS; his grandchildren, Savannah, Ethan and Zane; his brother Gary Lewis (Jan Rae) of Florida; his uncle Clyde Giles of Satanta; and his aunt Anita Brown (Troy) of Sublette. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
