He is survived by: his father Terry Wayne; his wife Crystal Merrill; his children, Tye Casey Merrill, Jr., Ashli Amendolara (Danny) of Grove, OK and Taleasha Lakay Hicks (Ray Harvey) of Wyandotte, OK; his stepmother Katie Merrill of Grove, OK; his siblings, Todd Merrill of Grove, OK and Tiffany Merrill of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, Allera (Akaidia Amendolara), Shye Hulse, Jaden Paul (Mya Hicks) and Landen (Nate Harvey); his aunts and uncles, Terry Gail, Charlie Hollis of Houston, TX, Butch and Kim Ingram of Tonkawa, OK; and his cousins, Trey Ingram and Chas Hollis.
