He is survived by: his parents, John Cunningham and Melanie Cunningham (Nielsen) of Grove, OK; his sister Jewel Nicole Cunningham (Chris Leaks, Jr) of Pine Bluff, AR; his nephew Chris Leaks, III; his grandparents, Grace Ann Cunningham of Miami, OK, Linda Hollan (Terry) of Miami, OK and Steve Nielsen (Debbie) of Wichita, KS; and his uncle Casey Cunningham of Kansas City, MO.
