He is survived by: his wife Deborah Crabaugh; his daughter Megan Crabaugh of Wyandotte; his stepsons, Jimmy Mathis of Las Vegas and Scotty Mathis of Ohio; his siblings, Lisa Young (Steve) of Oologah, David Cusick of Vinita, Dee Ann Cusick of Tulsa, Michael Crabaugh of Collinsville and Laura Crabaugh of Pryor; and his grandsons, Alex and Anthony. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
