He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jefferson "Pee Wee" Noah and Oleta Maxine Noah (Altman). He is survived by: his wife Jonni; his stepsons, Terry Webster (Lorie) of Bixby and Steve Webster of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Carissa New (Graeme) and David Webster (Heather); his great grandchildren, Zoe New, Jackson New, Matt Webster, Madison Webster, Meredith Webster and Max Webster; and his sisters, Leigh Tucker and Dee Joslin (Gale).
