He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Lena Donley (Dodd); and his sisters, Betty and Barb. He is survived by: his friend Vegas; his wife Kathie Donley of Grove; his sister Jean Hindershot of Austin, TX; his children, Lissa Hadley (Joel) of Phoenix, AZ, John Aexel (Kara) of Sandpoint, ID, Samantha Lane (Matt) of Grove, OK and Renee McEntire (Tom) of Antler, OK.; and his grandchildren, Tristan, Trevor, Eliza Hadley, Kali, Luke Hammock, Stella Sue Lane, Joseph, Jacob Andrew, Elizabeth, Rebekah Aexel, Ami and T. J. Kern.
