He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvil McDonald and Opal Helsley McDonald; his wife Patsy; and his brother Melvin McDonald. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Pate (Jeremy) of Austin, Teresa Clements of Cabot, Angela Henry (Doug Henry) of Exeter and Norman Hill of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his sisters, Wanda Napier of Tulsa and Betty Hawkins of Bentonville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
