He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Leon Kelley and Bonnie Lucille Kelley (Burns). He is survived by: his wife Denise Clark; his stepdaughter Robin Seliga (A. J.) of Centerton, Arkansas; his stepgranddaughter Audrey Seliga; his siblings, Brenda Schmohe of Jay, Cathy Millsap (Lance) of Grove, Oklahoma, Kevin Kelley (Chloe) of Jay and Darren Kelley of Garden City, Kansas; and his stepmother Virginia Kelley of Jay. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
