She was predeceased by: her husband Burton Ramsey; and her brother Lee Edward Wesley. She is survived by: her children, Terry Hay (Beth) of Muskogee and Jana Hay of Grove; her grandchildren, Rachel McBride (Eric) and Joshua Hay (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Kesa McBride, Makenna McBride, Killian McBride, Katelyn Hay, Elijah Hay and Abigail Hay. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, extended relatives and friends.
