He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Parcell and Bessie Parcell (Foshee); his son Chris Bryan Parcell; and his siblings, Thelma Parcell, W. T. Parcell, Harold Parcell, Eugene Parcell and Charlie Parcell.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Tibbets; his daughter Teri Longley (Rick) of California, Missouri; his grandchildren, Audria Roettgen of Jefferson City, Jeff Holmes (Jynie) of Tulsa, Vicki Flatt (Wes) of Jefferson City and Savanah Spillman of Rogers, Arkansas; and his great grandchildren, Rylie Miller, Cassie Holmes, Allie Holmes, Eli Holmes, Evie Holmes, Wyatt Flatt, Kelce Flatt, Pateon Spillman, Jayden Spillman, Jaxon Spillman and Kowen Spillman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
