He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Pond and Cathryn Pond (Ferrall); his wife Marian Pond; his children, Hazel Murray, Anna Pond, Rosemary Pond, Rhonda Smith, William Wilson, Lonnie LaCore, Michelle LaCore Bennett and Melissa True; and his siblings, Kevin Godi and Linda Pond Scott. He was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
