He was predeceased by: his parents, Doy Neal and Reva Smith; his siblings, Danny Neal and Connie Neal; and his stepfather Dennis Smith.
He is survived by: his uncle Joe; his son-in-law Josiah; his grandchildren, Raegan and Gideon (Gid); his children, Samantha Davis (Josiah Davis) and Brandon Neal; and his grandson William Davis. He is also survived by his mother, father and siblings.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers a letter be written to his children/grandchildren sharing your favorite memory of Joe. Donations in Joe's memory may be made to the Ronald McDonald House.
