It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Wayne Kays of Grove, Oklahoma, born in Leavenworth, Washington, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Hauser Kays and Shirley Margaret Kays (Morris); and his father-in-law C. L. "Stu" Parker. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Parker; his children, Jason Kays (Shelley) of Oklahoma City and Jennifer Ratcliff (Jay) of Springdale, Arkansas; his siblings, Kenny Kays of Vinita and Michele Drummond of Oologah; his grandchildren, Abbey Kays, Kade and Kenzie Ratcliff; and his mother-in-law Betty Parker of Grove.
