He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Ratzlaff and Helen Ratzlaff (Janzen); and his granddaughter Racheal Smith Cook. He is survived by: his wife Janie Beam; his children, Jon Ratzlaff of Bartlesville, OK, Ginger Green (Kelly) of Durant, OK, Dee Smith (Gregg) of Murfeesburo and Linda Whitley (Ross) of Easley, S. C.; his brother Merlin Ratzlaff (Clara) of Enid, OK; and his grandchildren, Caspian, Jasmine, Dakota, Sophia, Gabriella, Ashton, Allison, Julie, Gregg, Roger, Asa, William and T. J..
