He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoyt and Marian Hoyt Jr. (Blair); and his siblings, Jay, Bob Hoyt and Ann Hoyt.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Ann Catlett; his children, Cyndilin Hoyt of Grove, Kendra Gillette (Sweeny) of Vinita, Richard Hoyt Jr. (Michelle) of Gainesville and Preston Hoyt (Charissa) of Rogers, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Payton, Madison, Ashley, Blair, Louie, Keisha, Casey, Sammy, Olivia, Sterling, Mara, Richard III, Miranda, Bailey, Anthony, Landien, Josh and Brylen; his great grandchildren, Brynlee, Faith, Jax, Willow, Jasper, Pepper, Iva, Haelyn, Tate, Sunnie, Emma, Violet and Quinn; and his siblings, Blair (Jan), Seth (Barbara), Steve (Vicki), Jeff (Robin) and Jana Root (Andy). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
